Privacy Policy
Quivoc operates this website (quivoc.com) as a single-page landing. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it. No legalese, no surprises.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, role (optional), email address, and your task data request. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. That's it.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It uses no cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not fingerprint or track you across other sites. We do not run any other analytics or advertising trackers.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email service acting as our data processor. The data passes through Resend's infrastructure for delivery and lands in our inbox (Google Workspace), where it is stored as a normal email.
We retain messages as long as the related business conversation remains relevant. If you would like us to delete your message, email hello@quivoc.com and we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it entirely
Email hello@quivoc.com with the request and we will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the EU or UK, these are your rights under GDPR.
What we don't do
We don't sell data. We don't share contact form submissions with third parties beyond Resend (delivery only) and Google Workspace (email storage). We don't profile you or use your information for marketing without your explicit opt-in.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
